VC Trip To Russia
EEBA's director, Leonard Grayver, was the key note speaker at the Silicon Valley's first Venture Capital Trip to Russia (www.vctriptrorussia.com). This event brought a delegation of two dozen managing partners from some of the leading venture capital firms in Silicon Valley to Moscow, Russia, where they learned about Russian technology companies and were introduced to the Russian market as a destination for potential investment. The participants met with Russian business elites, key government officials, well-known Russian entrepreneurs, major law firms and investment banks that serve clients operating in the Russian markets, and other technology executives and investors.

IRS Announces New Deal for Offshore Accounts
On Tuesday, February 8, 2011, the Internal Revenue Service announced a new amnesty program for taxpayers with hidden offshore bank accounts.
